This repair was the result of water and mold damage. A section of sheetrock with water and mold damage was removed along with damaged material inside the wall. Once the water leak was repaired and the molded material was removed, new insulation and wallboard was installed. The sheet rock was then re-textured and painted to match the original wall color. |

A damaged shampoo niche was leaking and creating mold damage inside the wall. The tile was removed along with the damaged material inside the wall. The niche was re-framed with new material. New tile was installed and grouted to match the original tile work. |

The damaged portion of the acoustic ceiling was cut out and replaces with new sheet rock. The new section was then re-textured and painted to match the original ceiling. |
